The Most Important Factor You Need Succeed In Network Marketing
A quick search on the internet and you will find a hundred and one ways to have success in network marketing. In fact, there is practically a whole training industry that has sprung up on how to succeed in network marketing.
Don’t get me wrong, everyone needs tips and training and there is a lot of good material out there. So I am not advocating that you don’t learn as much as you can. After all, isn’t that one of the reasons you are reading this blog post.
But as someone who has been around network marketing business owners for many years, I can honestly say that a lot of us are really just kidding ourselves about being in business. I can say that because until I got really honest with myself, I thought success would just find me. Well, it doesn’t!
So do you really want to know the most important factor you need to succeed in network marketing? OK, I’ll tell you! It’s hard work. Now before you get all upset with me because I might have just burst your bubble, let me explain.
It is simply not enough to just be a part of a great company and have a drive to succeed. It doesn’t matter how simple of a marketing system you have. If there is no action behind your intentions, the money is just never going to come. All success in life can only come after action is taken.
I have seen too many bright, driven, well-educated people fail in this type of business. The reason is they simply don’t do the work that it takes to really succeed.
So how just much work should you be putting into your network marketing business? For most people it is going to fall somewhere between 5 to 10 hours a week to 5 to 6 hours a day. Even though you don’t have to work your business like a full time job, you ARE going to have to put in more than a few hours a month.
Your goals will be the determining factor. To get your business to grow, it will take several hours a week of work consistently every single week. And I don’t mean spending time on a conference call or at a meeting but several hours actually WORKING your business- talking to people, giving presentations, marketing yourself aggressively online- real hard work.
I say all of this because, if you are reading this article and you are thinking about joining a network marketing business, then you deserve to know the truth. Unfortunately, there are too many people willing to tell you that their business practically builds itself when it coming to building it just to get you to join their business. And that’s just not fair!
Any business, whether a traditional business or a network marketing 
business, takes hard work and effort. You have to be intentional about how you utilize your time. But more importantly, you have to move from intentions to action. You do that by setting some time aside during the week and really work the business. If not, it just won’t work for you.
Now for the silver lining to all this hard work you are about to do! You will discover that when you do, working for yourself can be a truly amazing experience. I can’t think of a job or a boss that I worked hard for than myself and the rewards are out of this world!
Another thing you will discover about your efforts is the harder you work your business now, the easier it will be. That’s because a network marketing business tends to snowball. So the more work you do in the beginning, the easier it gets and the more fun it becomes.
So don’t let the hard work discourage you because once you start to see success in your network marketing business, you’ll never want to go back! Just don’t be fooled by the people who tell you that you won’t have to work for it because you most certainly will!
